This 6-week class series is designed for new moms within the first year postpartum. The class is focused on your postpartum fitness – how to heal your pelvic floor, determine if you have diastasis recti and what to do about it, and how to progress your postpartum workouts back to what you were doing before. We will also talk through hot topics like sex after baby, pelvic organ prolapse, and leaking urine, just to name a few! No topic is off-limits in class.
Non-mobile babies are welcome to attend!
